My latest order a 40x40 inch frame has an imperfection on it! I’m so disappointed. I need to hang my solo exhibition on March 28 so there isn’t time for a replacement
Ruth M., | Order process has been basically seamless, but I am still awaiting delivery and having trouble with FedEx who are indicating delivery was not possible, although I was waiting within 1 metre of my phone all day. In spite of 40 minutes on phone with them and confirmed they have the correct address, they will only attempt delivery again tomorrow. I can wait again all day today, but tomorrow have a few essential errands, so not sure what to do about this and it has really soured me on the whole experience
