I am feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered early; clearly communicated that the client absolutely needed the order to install no later than Nov 14th. Called twice to ensure this was understood and was assured it was no problem. Now the order is not arriving until Nov 25th! Really bad Myriam,	in perfect condition I just want to say this was the first time I've ordered a custom canvas and I was a little nervous about it. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from you again. The matte was the exact size of the photograph who\'s dimensions I entered. Usually there\'s 1/8\" allowance so that the matte slightly overlaps the edges of the photo. In this case, there is none.
