I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the frames I received just before Christmas. I will be using your services/products more and more in the future, for sure. Also, I hope you don't mind that I attached a couple of images of paintings with the frame (the still life is unfinished btw). As an artist, framing is often a very costly and, frankly, nerve-wracking part of the process. I get the feeling that your products will go a long way to alleviating both of those pressures for me in the future. To be honest, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames (of course, I was not expecting them to bad. :) ). The mitres were as close to perfect as one can get and all were strongly fastened: the v-nails were all flush, the bottoms flat, corners matching, etc.. Very sturdy feel and fit; well packed, and promptly shipped -- and all of that for a very reasonable price. Bravo!

Just a quick follow-up note to convey how pleased we were with the canvas image you produced for us. My son loved his big tiger image! The image quality is stellar and the framing finish and craftsmanship are first-rate! The canvas was well packaged and was delivered in perfect condition. I’ve operated a communication design business in my city for 30 years, so I’m constantly working with vendors in the print, display and fabrication industries. I can comfortably say the quality of your product is among the best I’ve seen in that time. I am so happy with the 3 picture frames I ordered. I was a little leery because I measured myself and ordered online so I wasn’t sure if everything would work out OK but it was excellent! The only thing that I found was it did not include instructions on how to use all the mounting brackets that it came with and how to properly attach it to the picture frame.
